Last year, they made us scramble to get childcare on several random half days in order to avoid teachers working more than the minimum in their contracts due to the absence of snow days used.  At least we're not going to have that problem this year.  Everyone's guessing whether they will shorten scheduled vacation weeks, end school later, or do some combination.  What's your guess?
