Women Who Run - downtown Cleveland.  Was supposed to be a 4 M, but because President Obama was scheduled to land at the airport which is adjacent to the road which was part of the original route, we had both a route change and a distance change (to a 5K).  Since we ran down one main road and then back that same road, this qualifies as the most boring route -  ever.  It was kind of funny that after that announcer told us we had both a route change and a distance change, not a single runner batted an eyelash.  Everyone just shrugged their shoulders and seemed to say to themselves "ok, fine. whatever. no biggee." 

Living in Ohio the few days before a presidential election is quite a trip.  No. More. Robo-calls.  No. More. Ads. No. More. Direct mail.  Please. But the impromptu concert by Stevie Wonder on Saturday morning was kinda cool.  We'll take more of those, thank-you. 

That being said, don't forget to stop running long enough to vote!  Even if you're not in Ohio but especially if you're IN Ohio.
