How to tell the kids?

So I am twelve weeks tomorrow(finally!) and we haven't told the kids yet.  I think we will on Thursday after my dr. appt. The kids are 4,5, and 7.  i looked for big brother/sister shirts, and couldn't find any.  We want a creative way to tell the kiddies...any ideas??
