Hello everyone;

Well after I read Julia's post about how she wants to have fun on the boards again I was hesitant to write but I love you guys and know you are thinking of me and want to know what is giong on .. So I will combine singleness with tragedy..

We are still okay but havent been able to return home yet and still in some areas no power, heat or water and now no gas.. The gas lines are so long and its rationed and most stations dont have any.. Its not good but we are hanging in and surviving the best we can. My area was hard hit and its still a war zone and the area is a ghost town and shut down ...

I finally realize more than ever it sucks to be alone when a disaster hits.. I do have friends who are concerned but as we have talked about before its not the same as having a partner who truly cares and is there for you... Its such a worse feeling of aloneness when you have to think about how to get water and heat and blankets and no one is there for comfort..

I hope and pray that God provides someone for all of us because if anyone has to go through something tragic its so much better having someone around to deal with it.

These are such hard lessons and I am learning more and more each day who is there for me and who isnt.. In the end we all have to stick together because all we have is each other no matter what. So today hug your sister, brother, mother, child,smile at strangers.
