This morning, our whole department was CC'd on an email from a former coworker: she's pregnant and attached several photos of the announcement they're going to share with their families and friends.
Previously, this woman was VERY outspoken about being child-free.
She appears to be happy about this but I have to admit my initial (internal) reaction was "I'm glad it's her and not me!" LOL
From past experience, I also worry that this might open the door for debates from my current coworkers. Yes, I know T experienced an unexpected pregnancy and is now thrilled at the prospect of parenthood. That doesn't mean I'm at risk of changing my mind. For one, thing, given DH's 7-y.o. vascetomy, I would have some MAJOR explaining to do if I turned up pregnant. LOL
