I think I posted in my Oct journal yesterday, but don't have time to pop over and paste it in here right now, so we'll start November here.
Breakfast: slice of crockpot fritatta w/ broccolli, onions, tomatoes and turkey sausage; a banana; glass of skim milk
Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L
Lunch: Homemade bean and ham soup; salad w/ EVOO and vinegar
Snack: sliced apple
Dinner: Leftover homemade bolognese sauce w/ ww linguine (from the weekend); caesar salad - no croutons; glass of skim milk
Exercise: Fast-paced walk
