Becoming a Big Brother

Hi,

I'm not a dad, but I'm becoming a 'big brother' to a 10 year-old kid and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, for instance, what should I expect from a 10 year-old boy, what do they like to do, what are their interests, how do you connect with them, etc.
