The next Royal Birth

Prince William and his wife Katherine are expecting. What suggestions would you give them? What do you think Kate's labor and delivery concerns might be?

I would suggest that Kate not wear herself out too much on Royal duties. Her concerns might be of having privacy to labour in quiet and as she wishes, without where she is birthing, how and with whom.
