Positive test after tubal ligation?

Hello ladies. My name is Cintia and I have been on ivilage (here) many many times. I have 4 wondeful children and had a tubal ligatin after my last one (he is now 2 yo). This am I tool a pregnancy test and the result is on the pic I uploaded. I am in disbelief...I am thinking maybe the melaton that I took yesterday could have made the First Respinse test turn positive??
