Holiday Traditions!

We do new PJs (brought by elves of course) every Christmas Eve, we drive around with hot chocolate looking at Christmas lights, and this year we started Elf on a Shelf.  Oh, and Larry and I do 12 days of Christmas for one another.

How about you and your family?  What are your holiday traditions? Did you do these as a child too, or is it something new you started with your kiddos?
