Mom given wrong baby at hospital

I just read this story on msn or yahoo -

in MN two babies were switched in the nursery. The baby was given to the wrong mom for breastfeeding.

The babies were identified and given to the right families. But now the breastfed baby has to be tested for HIV every 3 months for 1 year as a precaution. 

God, I remember those nurses coming in at 2am and reading off the numbers on our bands and me thinkking "seriously is this necessary".  Now I see why.  This time I will be paying attention!
