Christmas presents bought?
Christmas presents wrapped?
Christmas presents that need to be mailed, mailed?
Christmas cards bought, addressed and mailed?
Sounds like an overwhelming task when put that way, doesn't it?! For many of us it can truly become a stressful time! But, we are a strong bunch and we can be cope with it!
Don't forget to take some time each day 'just for you'! Sit back with a hot cuppa something (coffee, tea, cocoa, buttered rum!!!) and just relax for a few minutes each day. Maybe take it along to the bathroom and sip it as you relax in a nice warm bubble bath just before bed.
This is supposed to be a 'fun' time of year. Ask your family members for help -- you really do NOT have to do it all by yourself.
For the first time in *many* years my DD will be with me this year. She has come home to stay at least for a while as she is going through a really tough time. Many of you know part of her story and I'd rather not say just what all is going on, but I do ask that you keep her in your prayers if you will. (both of us for that matter!!) I am just so pleasesd that I will be with both of my babies this year for Christmas.
Georgie had moved into the house and is doing quite nicely! Miss Molly is still not terribly happy about the new living arrangements, but she is coping!! Next on the agenda for Georgie is having him declawd (front paws) to keep Miss Molly, my furnature, area rugs, and my body from being shredded!!
I send to you all: love and best wishes for a wonderful Christmas......
