Anything going on this weekend?   What are you doing for Christmas?

Tonight I am just going to revel in being on vacation. DS has a friend spending the night. I think I'll grill burgers for supper. We'll have that with tater tots and green beans. DD and I have a ton of trash TV to catch up on.

Tomorrow I will get up and go for a run. Then I have some last minute errands to run. I have one stocking stuffer to get for DS. Santa always brings undies and I haven't picked him up a pack yet. I need to get my toes done. And I have groceries to buy. My DD's softball team is doing the Kroger gift cards as a fund raiser so I want to grocery shop there. I put some extra money on the card a few weeks ago, after getting a check with a lot of overtime on it, so those groceries were paid for weeks ago. Score! I need to shop for my Christmas Eve and Christmas night meal contributions.

I am in charge of the spaghetti and meatballs for Christmas Eve, plus a tiramisu for dessert. Christmas night I will make corn pudding and broccoli casserole.

Sunday we will go to church and then light cleaning.

The kids will head out with their dad that afternoon. They'll spend that night with him and do Christmas with his family all day on Christmas Eve. I get them back around 5:00 that night.

On Sunday afternoon I have a Happy Hour to go to with my old swim team. We are meeting at 4:00. I am thinking there will be some of us staying out past happy hour. But we'll wait and see what happens there. Jeff will meet up with me there.

I am so excited for Christmas.   I love this time of year.
