If there is deprivation, I know myself. I will fail. I,
like most other people, like treats.
I found a cake which is so delicious, but fairly low in
points. The key thing is to not over indulge, which is
the main problem. However, I thought I would tell you
The portion size is quite large 1/3 of the cake( the entire cake is 5 inches by 6 inches,--one portion is therefore 5 inches by 2 inches)= 4 points,so what I do is eat half
which comes to 2 points.
One portion size:
l. The cake is hard to find. I order it online.
2. The cake is really delicious, so sometimes I worry that I will get out of control.
I have to watch that.
(If you are the type of person that can't stop, then don't
even think of getting it. )
For those who don't already know, FIBER ONE makes a really
wonderful Brownie which is only 2 points. Many supermarkets carry it.
