As always, I made WAY too much dressing. So while it was raw, as in not baked yet, I split it up into 3 disposable foil pans. I took one to a Christmas Eve party at a friend's house, one went into the oven for my own Christmas dinner at Nicole's house, and one is going into the freezer for...later. I really wish I had used the muffin pan method for the extra pan. It isn't too late, but I'm too lazy tonight. That pan is going into the freezer, and I'll bake it when I'm having a craving for dressing for a week or so.
I hope you make your own gravy....I have to have homemade gravy for my dressing!
