unexpected ultrasound!

doc wanted to confirm baby's size at today's appointment, so i got the happy surprise of an extra ultrasound!  in the photo attached, it looks like the little guy is smiling!

baby is looking to be about 6lbs, 5oz right now, at 38w 2d.  everything looked perfect, but now it's time to be born, baby!  come OUT!!
