Ok I am determined to get back into running and making this stick for good. I turned 30 this past year and now married..thinking it is time to drop this weight and get healthy before my husband and I start our family.
I know my shoes need to be replaced and I want to get on the couch-to-5k bandwagon, but I have to stick to distance or I won't stick to running..so with that, what is a good, budget friendly running watch? Thoughts on a gps watch?..or something that tracks distance that won't break my wallet.
I was looking on runner's world site and they have gear galore..does anyone use a heart rate monitor consistenly? I really don't see myself getting one but just curious if anyone does use one.
Anyone live in Colorado? I love to hike but everytime we go out, I want to start running..wondering what shoes are good for hiking/trail running? or just stick to my running shoes?
Thanks, Sarah
