Hi all!! I did really good on SB a few years ago and have since fell off the wagon and gained all my weight back. I am now ready to get back into SB and kick this weight off!!
tomorrow is my first official day. Woohoo!! I plan to keep track of what I eat here. If you have suggestions or see anything I'm eating that I shouldn't, let me know!!
right now I am around 210lbs. Goal is 150 ish.
