It's a New Year, and in the spirit of New Year's resolutions, I thought I would start a post to see what everyone is planning to do this year to slay the debt dragon :)
Personally, I have already done the following:
- Update my automatic payments to my LOC to increase them from $50 biweekly to $85 biweekly (goal is to increase them even more once I know for sure how much my paychecks will be!)
- Get up to date on expenses. So far the company owes me $49.00 but I think that will go up!
-Get up to date on my medical expenses. We just changed insurance providers and as a result I have to submit my receipts within 60 days. Mine are caught up as of this morning (yes) and I shoudl be getting about $80 back.\
- Meal plan and stick with it. This is where I am giong to have the most troule I think :(
What are you doing to slay your dragon?
