What's cooking tonight?
I just laid out pork chops. If the weather allows, I'll grill them in Caribbean Jerk marinade. A sleet line found it's way into our forecast. Yuck. I don't grill in sleet. If it's sleeting I'll toss them in olive oil and pan saute them. I have fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. I plan on tossing those in olive oil with garlic salt and roasting them in the oven. Add brown rice. Now I'm hungry.
