I thought this might be a good time for everyone to share their progress with the challenge! So -- how is it going for you?
Are you keeping to an exercise routine... and if so, have you noticed your energy level improving? Are you feeling more confident about your food choices? Any tips you've discovered that you'd like to share?
I was doing great with the daily walking, until we got hit with crazy rain... over 13 inches in just three days and a steady drizzle for the next 4. Living in the country, that curtailed my walks for quite a bit; I literally would have been swimming in the icy stuff! I have to admit, I really noticed a difference from not walking ... my enegry level went way down! I finally couldn't take it anymore and threw on rain gear and rubber boots and took off! I did discover that walking through mud with heavy rubber boots really works some muscles! LOL
