Do We Really Need Moisturizing Jeans?

I saw this on TV last night and it's also on the website. Would you pay over $100 for jeans with moisturizer in them? Apparently, if you want to keep them moisturized for longer than a few washes, you have to buy a spray to reapply it. I wonder if you could just apply the spray to regular jeans? Mostly, I'm wondering why you'd want to. Just buy soft jeans.
