Hi Everyone! My husband and I have a four year old daughter and a 14 month old son and are now TTC #3. I went off of BCP in August 2012 and had two normal cycles, and then in November things got a little wacky. I have always had a 28 day cycle (since age 13), and in November I missed my period. Of course, I immediately thought I was PG, as the only periods that I've ever missed were when I was PG with our two kids. BFN after BFN each day led me to go to the doctor. They did a blood test which confirmed I was not pregnant. They assured me that sometimes it's normal to skip a cycle, and sure enough I got my period in December. But once again here I sit in the same spot that I was in back in November. My period is now 9 days late ( according to a 28 day cycle). I took a pregnancy test (ok, maybe a few..lol) and all are BFN. I have period like cramps which leads me to believe that SOMETHING is going on, but I just don't know what. My doctor told me that if I continued to miss periods, to let them know, but I'm not sure if they meant if it happens just once more, or a few more times. I'm trying to be patient, but it's so difficult when we are TTC and I have no idea what's going on. I don't chart or temp or anything, so I'm not sure I ovulated. I think my biggest fear is that after two healthy kids something has affected my fertility and I won't be able to get pregnant again.
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks for listening :)
