Good Morning all! It is so wonderful to be HEALTHY. "Knock on wood." Since I am sore from yoga yesterday, I think I will take a rest Today today. I have so much to do...move ALL of my clothes back into the closet, finish putting the holiday decorations away, touch up my hair, go to a quilt demonstration, sign up for a quilt class and buy the materials list...perhaps I will work the pup (with flu recovery, I took a four week break), and, perhaps I will schedule a massage??? What are you all up to? B. egg whites with grilled veggies L homemade mushroom soup, quinoa with veggies D ??? Shiratke noodles stirfry???
