I'm CMBren, the Community Moderator of Books & Entertainment. I wanted to take a moment to welcome you to iVillage and our Book Club board. I also wanted to explain why there have been no replies to your current posts; we are unfortunately, having an issue with special characters use in title posts, such as the two you've posted that contain the ~ ... "I have a soft spot for Barñaby Rudge" and "Favorite book in Español?" (As you can see, there's no issue with the special charater in the body of the post, only the title. )

The results is that the message is unable to be opened and read by anyone, instead going to a page not found error. Our tech team is investigating the issue but I didn't want you to think that you were being ignored; we're always happy to see a new face! If you would care to re-post your messages without using the special characters in the title, I know we'd all be happy to talk!
