I have so much trouble sleeping and wondered if anyone here had some tips. I am usually tired when I go to bed but It sometimes takes hours for me to get to sleep. I get comfortable then within about 5 minutes I have to change positions. It's constant flipping and flopping for one reason or another. I thought about talking to the doctor about a sleep aid but I don't really want to get started on anything. I've heard the side affects are horrible. Can anyone help me?
