Chase and PNC have been launching new ATMs that dispense $1 and $5 bills.  The machines can also dispense coins, reload prepaid cards, and set up bill payments.

I think this is pretty great, actually.  My bank's ATMs only dispense in $20 increments, and there have been times smaller denominations would have been more appropriate.

What do you think about machines dispensing lower denominations?
