My hair and skin- YUCK!

Anyone else have breakouts like crazy right now?  It is driving me CRAZY!  On top of that, my hair is just... blech!  It feels greasy all the time and it won't do a darn thing I want it to.  I'm avoiding mirrors at all costs these days. :(
