I'm excited! Here we go. Over the last few years, I have used January as a time of reflection and planning, and then I use February to get started on my goals for the new year.
This year is all about learning to focus on the things that are important. For me, that's faith and health. Health is pretty broad because I want to be healthy emotionally, spiritually, and physically. In terms of physical health, my goal this month is to do some kind of exercise five days per week. It doesn't to be huge, just enough to get my blood flowing and my muscles working! I'm also starting to take a B-Complex vitamin.
