Celebrating Valentine's Day on a Budget?

What are some creative ways to celebrate Valentine's Day frugally?  So far, the kids have made their valentines using craft supplies we already have (and they had a lot of fun doing it!).  I got recruited to help with DD's preschool party, and they wanted me to bring a game.  I made one with the same craft supplies we already had around the house.  What are some other inexpensive and crafty things we could do?
