Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
This is how I have been making my mac and cheese for years. It's wonderful.
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cup cooked macaroni noodles
2 eggs beaten
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
salt and pepper
Cook macaroni noodles , drain them, add milk, margarine, eggs, salt, pepper and 3/4 of shredded cheese. mix together. Heat on top of stove till cheese has melted.
Pour into greased baking dish and top with rest of cheese. Bake @350 for 20 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes .
