I'm new here, My name is Tina, I'm 41 yrs old, I have 3 boys, and married. I live in Northern California. I just started working out February 5th of this year, I have been doing Insanity 6x a week and just started doing Yoga 2x a week. I love it! It's a bit tough but what work out is going to be easy. I have my mid section to work on & toning, I see a little bit of a change so far but I know it takes time & progress.
Now I just need to work on my eating habits which is a bit of a challenge since I love to eat and change can be hard.
Any tips, advice are always welcome :)
