I can't believe people are recommending this! I know when I only eat 1200 calories (the bare minimum you should consume) I am feeling yucky. I can't imagine only 500 and for two days!
Plus, you know, this doesn't teach you how to eat at all. :(
Anyone here counting calories? What's your minimum? I try to keep it around 1400-1500.
