Hi all, just wanted to say a quick HI! I am new here and looking for a little motivation and inspiration during my weight loss journey I am just (re)starting. A little about me. I am 35 yrs old, have been married 15 years to my wonderful husband and we have 5 kiddo together ages 6-14 Pre-babies I was a petite 110 lbs (I m only 5'2") Needless to say after having 5 babies in 10 years I had some accumulated baby fat I needed to loose. I have lost about 25 lbs in the past couple of years but am ready to kick this into high gear and finish off my weight loss and get into the best shape of my life. I have always been into and love cardio but am just starting to add lifting in and trying to eat as clan as possible which is totally new to me.
