It's so hard to keep track of the days. I'll be honest, I'm happy when I get the right century, never mind the year or the month! Now that ski season is winding down, I need to figure out my workouts. So, my question for those of you going to gyms is what types of classes does your gym have these days? I've been looking at gyms and am not crazy about what most offer. Zumba, some boot camp class w/ a variety of names, mind/body, spinning,possibly kickboxing, some strength/toning. I'm just bored. I refuse to do equipment these days. I want a trainer like me to tell me what to do--someone who does functional combination moves and isn't just into strength for the sake of strength.
