I know we all have rough times. Times when things just get to us more than other times. For me that is when I am sick for a long period of time. Not unusual for people who are sick a long time to feel down or depressed. However for me it tougher. I drag all my emotional baggage into it. I know that I am doing it and I can't stop myself.
That's when I usually ask my doctor if he can temporarily up my dosage. Usually he does and then when I am over being sick I ask to take it back down and he does. This and some positive self talk helps me out a lot.
What do you do when you are having one of those rough times and you start to fall back into your old pattern?
