Thursdays are my heavy workout day, or only workout day right now... I teach step and we've been doing more intervals and abs/core than step which is good for the class. I have aerial silks semi-private w/ Hawaiian woman who is half my age and size and a pilates instructor so is incredible at it (it's not good for my ego) and then teach dance conditioning. Seriously, I have to find a partner to share silks who is closer to my age and also has belly fat hanging when her shirt goes over her head when hanging upside down. Come to think of it, i've never seen anyone close to my age at silks who I didn't bring.
