Today is my 'getting ready' to diet day. That is, I forgot to weigh myself this AM, so, I'm dieting but not really paying attention (though I purposely won't eat that piece of <insert junk>). Tomorrow is the BIG day. Weight and super strict. I want to lose 40 pounds by July. It's totally doable. Ten pounds a month is a little more than 2½ pounds a week. Honestly, I'd be happy with 35. LOL But this is what I am shooting for.
I also have to up my gym. Or get back to the gym. Bronchitis really took a toll on me and I just haven't gotten back. I'm going to go 3-4 days a week to start, then push it to 4-5. The other days I just can't because I don't have a child sitter.
Water: still totally not my favorite by any means. I need to change that and get that up there too.
