I know this may sound absolutely crazy but I got myself a cat a few weeks ago and I feel more confident than I ever have. I don't know if it is because of her or some weird fluke that will have me back feeling like a failure in no time.

I had wanted one for years and finally decided that I was going to get one. I went to animal shelter and found her and brought her home. She does have some health issues (something happened to her back legs and tail) but that makes her all the more special to me. I don't know what it is that I am feeling so good. Is it just a fluke thing?
