It's all the mindset, right? I've been eating really poorly lately and feel it. It's time to get back to eating well (no more impulse popcorn from Costo--two bags of cheese, one of chocolate). It should be easy now that summer fruits are starting to show up. I'm teaching step conditioning this morning, have aerial silks semi-private and then teaching dance conditioning. I feel like I'm either working out too much, or not at all. Balance? Who needs it?
