I have a dilemma with one of my jobs. I have 2 jobs at the moment. I start my first job at 6am, then I start my second job usually at 12pm or later and go until about 7 or 8. I don't get home until 9pm. I am on my feet for both of these jobs, a total of about 12-14 hours. I feel exhausted and burned out.Between the two jobs, I really have no full days off. I have had the first job for 2 years, the second I have had for about 3 months. The dilemma is that I am going to start a 3rd job this Wed.. This job starts at 5:15pm and goes until 10:30 pm. This job is a temporary job scoring essays that lasts about 2 months, however the pay is very good and I did it last year. I like this job and I want to do it again. The dilemma is that I gave my boss at the 2nd job notice of my availability change. I stated that I can only work until 4pm. He gave me Wed and Thurs off, but then scheduled me until 7:30 on Friday. He told me that if I want to leave early I will have to find someone to switch with. Well there is no one to switch with because he scheduled most people on Friday. I have tried to find someone to switch with and have had no luck. I think he scheduled me to be spiteful(this guy is kind of of a control freak) . So, now I either have to walk out early on Friday or call in sick. The problem is, for the 3rd job, you MUST attend the first 3 days of training. If you don't, you cannot continue. This 3rd job will give me the opportunity to make a good amount of money in a short time. want to give notice at the second job so badly.I've had it there, and my boss is a person that no one can please. I have written my resignation letter, but have not given it yet. If I call in, he will probably know that I'm not really sick and that I 'm calling in so I can go to my new job. If I leave early, that may be worse. I have been thinking that I should probably just call in because no one can prove that I'm not sick. If I just walk out early, it may cause a scene. Any opinions, ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!
