It really would be helpful if iVillage could make announcements when necessary. Like popping in a message on this Help Board explaining...for instance..."We are experiencing an outage with the hosting site...you will experience problems with this and or that....we are addressing it.
That way, we have a heads up.
If I knew that the ivillage tech team was keeping us apprised, I'd come here every day FIRST, check to be sure there were no current issues and then either head over to my Board or go home :) and try again later.
I think it would help with the frustration level.
