I was at the gym on the treadmill last night when I saw a gym friend working out by herself. I was surprised to see her in the weight section as she usually does group classes so I went to ask her how she was doing. She said she had skipped class that morning because she was feeling gassy and was too worried about it to go to class. We both laughed because I have so btdt.
Have you ever had to skip a class becaue of "gas" and for those of you who teach, what on earth do you do about those kind of days?
