Mine have come on with a vengence in the last week. It seems every day, I can set my clock to them showing up. I'm also finding that I have a bit of brain fog and I'm forgetful. I've been working out regularly for about 5 months now, alternating between weight machines and 40 minutes of walking, on top of eating 95% organic/vegetarian. I'm sure my flashes would be far worse if I hadn't made such a change for my new year's resolution (5 months and counting! Yay me! \o/ ), but oh em gee!! I feel like if I don't get out of my clothes in that moment when I can feel the heat rise, I will lose my mind.
Does anyone know of any good relief for this or at least something to help me cope with these flashes? Thanks.
