I know I've said previously that there is no quick way to lose weight. And there isn't. The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat (portions and healthy wise) and exercise. But I've hit a point where, I don't know what to do. GRRR.
So, after some reading, I've decided to give it a go. Now, I do not believe in the ability to eat whatever you want and still lose weight. Just not going to happen. However, I'm hoping that with my watchful eye and calorie counting, Sensa will help curb the hunger that I always feel. Enough to jump start me. Then when I start to lose and start feeling better about myself, I can wean off. Mind you, it is just a 6mos plan anyway.
So here's hoping!
Anyone have any success with it? What did you do?
How are you all doing aside from Sensa?
