It's been one long week for me--far more clients/work than I'd normally like. It's probably over 25 this week which is twice as many as I like to do. Oh, here's a question. I've been at my current job for 1 1/2 years (it'll be two years in September). I make a lot more than I would elsewhere but I know the clients all really like me at this job and they rely on me because I'm more reliable and responsible than most trainers and relate well to the clients. So, given that I make twice as much here as I would at a regular gym, should I ask for a raise?
I've been a slug this week but at least I get to teach step today. I really don't know how I'd fit it in if had to keep working these hours and take care of the kids in the evenings--well, this week was also unusual because my son was at districts in tennis.
