Okay so I know there is a schedule of QOTD people so I didn't want to step on toes but I was curious. When I was working out today I used the elliptical, and its a weight loss program so its timed.....and I know a lot of you ladies work or and what not so here goes:-)
When you work out do you watch the clock?
Do you count calories(either with a heart rate monitor, or one the machine if you use one) while working out?
If you count food calories do you ever work out a specific amount because you want to eat something and only have the calories to eat it if you work out???
If you do count calories does it have to be a rounded number????
