Question for anyone who has stopped drinking cold turkey. I was drinking about a bottle of wine a night. Sometimes a bit more on the weekends. I finally decieded to quite and have not had a drink for just about a month. I've had no withdrawal symptoms at all. The only benefit so far has been sleeping better through the night. My red bloods cells were enlarged, so I know I was drinking too much to cause changes in my body, but when I quite, absolutely nothing negative happened. Is it this way for most people? I don't even have a craving for it. Kind of weird. I would appreciate any and all feed back on this. Thanks!
