It was recommended to me to take a B complex vitamin, of which consists of folic acid 400 mcg, B6, B12, and a few others. Primarily to help me sluggish thyroid.
However, I've been taking folic acid for 2 years now, and I eat a healthy diet. I'm current 5'4 and 114 pounds. I'm curious, did anyone one of you take folic acid daily for more than 3 years prior to getting pregnant?
