School starts in less than a couple weeks here so I figured I'd better start trying to ease my kids back into a more reasonable bedtime so that the change won't be so jarring. We've been WAY too lax with bedtimes this summer, I think. I've started sending them to bed earlier these past few days but they are miserable, unable to fall asleep. I'm starting to wonder if maybe we should go for a "cold turkey" approach instead and just have the first couple days back be rough instead.
Anyone else have any luck with a slow-ease approach?
